          Racial household income disparities are at historically high levels and are facing systematic inequality and discrimination to improve. 

Business commerce ownership, high paying salaries and executive positions affect healthy quality of lives and the foundation of family establishments and sustainability within the African American community.

Workplace careers and opportunities have a bigger effect than just financial compensation for employees.  Family creation equality is being corrupted by a racial discriminatory selection system against merit based racial inclusion.  

Economic Equality Ventures creates racial inclusion power in jobs, careers and business ownership opportunity.  We strive to produce massive change to improve access to independent socioeconomic establishment for people facing unwarranted discrimination and management from corrupt ownership.     

Economic Equality Ventures manages commerce in undeserved populations in establishing equality commerce into existence.   

Funding capital data and career position data show  polarizing statistics of indifference of race and financial opportunity.  Extreme, near absolute data shows a non existent racial presence of African American economic existence In VC, PE and Angel funding.  This negatively disables the probability of African Americans ability function socioeconomically through humanitarian interdependent or family infrastructure.      

Different debates can be held about why this data exists? Racial discrimination or lack of economic leadership from the African American financial wealth classes?  Non aware or competent African American Sr. level executives or entrepreneur/innovators addressing corporate oppression and corruption? 

          

 

Economic Equality Ventures is operating divisions to help people originate and sustain independence and families to live and grow in supportive economic environments to raise children and participate in a positive socioeconomic  quality of life.  

Weather funding capital, or corporate operation positions, African Americans are the most socioeconomically disadvantaged population with little to no working solutions for equality.  

 

We are solving problems and answering questions to debate why this is.
