1a. Fund small businesses as "non-profit equity structures" Create income equality for employees and financial incentive for ownership, management and entrepreneurial capital.
1) Donate to our non-profit, for profit or invest through wealth management fund.
1a) Choose social impact area you wish to support and watch it be worked on and analyzed.
1b) Transparency- log into your account and monitor full analysis, measurable results in your marketplace area of social impact.
Economic Equality Ventures has a two step process. The first is to mine data and lead America and the world on racial inequality funding.
Our data report will primarily include the last 10 years of Venture Capital investing, Private Equity investing and business loans intended for minorities and women.
Data will show the racial and gender make up of financiers and recipients of funds. Our reports will also show the racial and gender make up of jobs created by these funds including operations and employee positions.
Another part of our analysis shows statistics of how the capital wealth of "start up" "industry" compares to private prevalent industry businesses.
The historical data we are mining will be the most accurate and comprehensive analysis of racial bias within economic equality. Our social and economic education media is being developed to provide awareness and help the public make better informed social impact investing decisions.
